Thank you for choosing MillionTaps. Since every piece of glass art is hand-stippled through millions of precise manual taps, our shipping process includes a dedicated production phase to ensure artistic perfection.
Your order's arrival is divided into two phases:
Production Time (Craftsmanship): 3 - 7 business days. This is the time our artists need to meticulously hand-stipple your portrait on tempered glass.
Shipping Time (Delivery): 7 - 12 business days for most international destinations.
We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Taxes & Duties: MillionTaps covers all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT for our customers.
Guarantee: You will NOT be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. We handle all the paperwork and costs so you can focus on enjoying your art.
Once your artwork is dispatched via our premium logistics partner (4PX Express), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We use specialized shock-resistant packaging. However, if your glass portrait arrives damaged during transit:
Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
Email us at info@milliontaps.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Our Promise: We will recreate and reship a brand-new portrait to you completely free of charge.
